Steps to Submit a Ticket/Service Call

Step 1:   Go to "My Area" at the right corner of the header. Click on "Add Ticket" to log a ticket.

                              Step 2:  Add relevant information of the ticket.

 

Step 3:   You can track ticket by "Ticket ID or Status" and "Reply or Comment" on that.
